Audrey was born and raised in Houston, where she first experienced the love of Jesus during her high school years through educational classes at St. Agnes Academy and attending her local youth group. She then graduated from Texas A&M with a degree in Education in 2016 and went on to earn a graduate degree in Occupational Therapy from Texas Woman’s University in 2020.

In her career as an Occupational Therapist, Audrey has been dedicated to helping adults increase their overall quality of life following a medical event. Her commitment to service extends beyond her career as she embraces her role as the Director of Operations at Sojourn Heights. In this position, Audrey channels her organizational skills and love for facilities and maintenance into creating a welcoming environment for her community to experience their faith.

Outside of her professional life, Audrey loves spending time with her husband, Jay, and two children. She finds joy in exploring new foods and staying fit through regular workouts. Her love for health extends to listening to insightful health podcasts and spending time outdoors, particularly in the mountains. Audrey values quality moments with family and friends, cherishing the balance and support they bring to her busy life.
